Tania Bailey is a partner in our Business Advisory Services team in New Zealand. Her role leads her to spend her time alongside dynamic family-owned growth businesses looking for value added services and strong personal relationships. She also works closely with clients in the Not-for-Profit sector, helping these organisations position themselves for success. She has over 31 years’ experience and is recognised as a trusted advisor and professional business partner who can help her clients understand and succeed in their business, operate more effectively and deal with challenges, She possesses a high level of emotional intelligence which helps her quickly empathise with clients and understand the world through their eyes. This gives her a unique ability to get to the nub of the issue quickly and effectively.
Through her coaching skills, she helps her clients put the hard issues on the table where they are debated and listened to. Tania’s advice is always goal orientated and focussed on growth. Tania knows and understands the challenges that businesses and organisations face and works with her clients to help them achieve growth and aspirational goals.
Tania’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University, and she is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Tania is also an accredited EMCC Coach and Mentor Practitioner.
Adrian Sham has over 15 years’ experience as a tax advisor starting his career as a global mobility tax graduate for Grant Thornton in London where he qualified as a UK Chartered
Tax Advisors and a US Enrolled Agent. In August 2015, Adrian relocated to Singapore to help build the tax practice in Singapore where he leads the Outsourcing, Employer Solutions and Private Client team.
