The session will focus on using the MTQPLUS and the ILM72 Psychometric measures, demonstrating shifts in mindset, behaviour and self-awareness. The MTQPLUS focuses on 4 C’s, Control, Challenge, Commitment and Confidence, and under each heading there are 2 additional subfactors. The ILM 72 is a leadership style profile. Focusing on 3 global scales, Determination to deliver, Engagement with Individuals and Engagement with teams and 6 additional scales. We use these tools prior to joining our workshop or embarking on a coaching journey with us, this then demonstrate the distance travelled for the individual or team. I will share some data from our workshops to demonstrate this in my session.
