Session on 16 November 2021 20:00 UTC - View on timetable
This session is based on Kathryn’s doctoral research conducted with 21 coaches and 4 supervisors based in North America over 18 months. Her research was titled “Creating the Container for Reflective Practice in Virtual Small Group Supervision.” The research is qualitative and provides a rich starting place for exploring and reflecting on who and how we are as supervisors and supervisees. This is an invitation to see what resonates and what provokes curiosity, consideration, new perspectives, or learning.
