The session will provide the opportunity to explore the International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes and how organisations can utilise the framework to develop, implement and evaluate their programmes. The discussion will also enable participants to discuss the alignment between the nine accreditation routes with EMCC Global.
Dr Julie Haddock- Millar is the EMCC Global WorkGroup Lead for the International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes. She works with both public and private sector organisations and holds positions with Middlesex University, International University of Monaco, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, EMCC Global and the Higher Education Academy. She is a Consultant, Researcher and Academic, specialising in learning and development (L&D), mentoring and coaching. She works with organisations to develop, implement and evaluate L&D interventions. Some of her current projects include the design and delivery of the first NHS Leadership Academy EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) Bespoke Mentor Training Programme; the design and delivery of the first EMCC Global Quality Award Programme Manager Training Programme (PMQA); she is currently leading on three projects with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) creating the evaluation framework for the MCHub Norway mentoring, individual and team coaching initiatives and carrying out the 2 to 3 year longitudinal impact evaluation. Working with Khulisa, UK, she is collaborating on a mentoring impact evaluation study. Julie is currently Associate Professor (Practice) and Senior Teaching Fellow of Human Resource Management and Development at Middlesex University Business School and Visiting Professor at the International University of Monaco. She leads and teaches on a number of postgraduate programmes in the public and private sector, including an MA in Management International Payments Ecosystem with Worldpay, MA Further Education Sector Management and Executive MBAs.
