In this session we will take attendees through growing a sustainable and successful coaching business using 8 pillars of community. They are:

We’ll explore what is community, the reasons for creating and investing in them, how to set up and attract people into your communities along with a clear action to take away. The session will be interactive with time together in the group as well as smaller break out discussions, Q&A and polls.

Bio

Joanne Wheatley is an Award Winning (EMCC Global Coach Practitioner 2020) Master Accredited Coach and Coach Trainer. She has over 1800 hours of 1:1 executive coaching experience and is a qualified coaching supervisor. Jo coaches professionals across the globe through virtual coaching platforms as a well as in person sessions. She works in a consultancy capacity specialising in supporting values led organisations driving cultural transformation. You can connect with her on LI.

She is a co-founder and Coach at In Good Company (www.igcompany.co.uk) which is an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Approved Centre. Jo and her business partner Zoe designed and facilitate the ILM and EMCC Accredited Level 3, 5 & 7 Certificate & Diploma in Effective Coaching and Mentoring which are offered via an online learning platform and supported with facilitated sessions. These programmes were nominated and In Good Company were nominated for a Global EMCC coaching award for contribution to the coaching world.

Jo also designs and facilitates team development programmes and leadership development programmes. A European programme resulted in In Good Company being short listed by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) as Best L&D Consultancy. Jo’s coaching builds on her successful HR career where she held senior HR positions including HR Director and Head of People Development.

Zoe Hawkins is an EMCC Global Master Accredited coach and coach trainer who has worked across Europe in multiple organisations within a range of sectors and employers. Having amassed in excess of 1000 coaching hours, she has honed her skills as a proficient executive and leadership coach and group/team facilitator and coach. Her client portfolio includes Mars Inc, Baxter, Macmillan, Wrigley, The University of Birmingham, The Virtual College, UKSBS, NHS, and a range of Leading Technology Firms through a 3^rd Party.

Prior to her career as a coach Zoe had a successful career in an International FMCG company where she worked most recently as a Global OD Consultant. Zoe’s remit involved change management, communications, global engagement, project management and coaching and mentoring. She left to establish herself as a coach and mentor and now works with large corporations coaching Leaders and Executives, delivering coaching training and designing/facilitating leadership development programmes

Zoe is an authentic coach who has a relaxed yet challenging style of coaching. She encourages her clients to be accountable and face into difficult obstacles. Zoe combines the tools and techniques gained from NLP and coaching training to enable her clients to experience the transformations and sustainable change they need to achieve their goals. She believes that people have unlimited potential and is inspired to help people be the best that they can be.

Zoe is an active member of the EMCC Global, helping to raise the standards of the profession.
