Ed Parsloe is Chief Executive of The OCM Group – a highly experienced professional coaching and mentoring services leader who enables individuals and organisations to be stronger, more capable and more adaptable through great coach-mentoring.
He has been working in professional coaching and mentoring since 2004 and has been leading The OCM Group since 2009. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD’s) Learning & Development Advisory Board with special responsibility for coaching and mentoring. During his tenure, he has overseen the development and growth of The OCM’s to become one of the UK’s leading professional coaching and mentoring services companies supporting organisations large and small maximise their investment in coaching and mentoring.
He has special interest in supporting people to make career transitions to become professional coaches, mentors and supervisors and working with organisations to implement strategically aligned coaching and mentoring solutions.
With Over 22 years of Corporate Experience in the FMCG industry, Ayman Nasreldin has held many Commercial Leadership roles, in organisations including Mars, PepsiCo and Nestle. As a result, this experience helps him tailor his coaching style to the operational reality, faced by teams and individuals every day.
