David Clutterbuck is one of the early pioneers of developmental coaching and mentoring and co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Author of more than 70 books, including the first evidence-based titles on coaching culture and team coaching, he is visiting professor at four business schools. He leads a global network of specialist mentoring and coaching training consultants, Coaching and Mentoring International.
Clare Beckett-Mclnroy with a background in Teaching, Teacher Training, Guidance ‘Counselling’ & MBA lecturing, Clare co-creates impact with people & organisations. An ICF MCC & Registered Mentor Coach, Certified Agile Coach, EMCC Global Mater Practitioner Coach, Mentor & Team Coach, EMCC Global Accredited Supervisor, ICF Subject Matter Expert, she works in culture transformation, systemic executive & board coaching, psychometrics & research. Clare has authored 5 books, presented at Harvard University, coached in 14 countries, Mentor Coaches for Henley Business School, worked with billion-dollar family businesses, not-for-profits & Fortune 100s across sectors. In 2010 she founded BECKETT MCINROY & the #CoachMEModel & resources (in 30+ languages), #TAP360 ‘Team Advance Profile’ & she designs & delivers triple award-winning coach training. She is Co-Founder of ICF Bahrain & ICF Doha, was VP & President & Nominating Internal Coach for Middle East Prism Award Winners 2020 Qatar Financial Centre. Most recently, her Covid-19 CSR involved provided coaching competency training for teenagers and teachers.
