Session on 18 November 2021 20:00 UTC - View on timetable
Like coaching training providers across the globe, the Coaching faculty at Smurfit Executive Development, University College Dublin, March 2019 presented the challenge of how to continue to deliver highly experiential and relationally focused coaching programmes via Zoom.
This session invites participants to engage in dialogue and co-creation as we collectively (providers, faculty, participants) reflect on the lessons from the shift to virtual coaching training from a fully face to face model, and identify what emerged, what should be kept going forward and what was lost when compared to face to face delivery.
