15-19th November 2021
Session on 17 November 2021 14:00 UTC - View on timetable
As the coaching and mentoring community continues to grow and enters a post covid phase of its life cycle, the pressure to show that it adds value is likely to re-emerge and perhaps intensify in the competition to show differential. As a coach myself and perhaps like many others I would say evaluation is an important activity, for my client’s, their organisation and myself. But being honest, I have kind of neglected it in the rush to help others and manage my own state of vulnerability during the pandemic. In this session we will explore, together, what we can do o help come out of lock down and practically, be better at evaluating.
